Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items that meet the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Items must have original tags attached

Items must be returned in their original clear packaging with SKU label
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Return Window
To be eligible for a return:

A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval
If an order is delivered in multiple shipments, the return window begins on the delivery date of the final package.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements above may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, or may be declined.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
